Very nice tellers and very helpful
Very friendly and helpful place. Nice atmosphere.
I bank here occasionally. I routinely have bad interactions with teller Matt Decker. He has a bad attitude, poor customer service skills, and gets transactions wrong. I’ve used Bancfirst my whole life and it’s a shame to see it misrepresented.
I have banked there for 34 years. Staff is very friendly, caring and always helpful.
