Every single time I've been to this location, I deal with the most unprofessional people. The people inside the establishment are extremely rude and do not want to help people. The drive through isn't any better. I have no idea how these people still have jobs. Do better. If you don't want to deal with rude people do not come to the Bancfirst in Harrah.
