I have banked there for 34 years. Staff is very friendly, caring and always helpful.
I called to asked one of the representatives if I could transfer my money from BancFirst to another bank due to me moving & he said I couldn’t use cash app making fun of my bank account balance. He was very disrespectful & unprofessional. I called back & the lady that answered was very cordial & gave me a better understanding.
