Great bank friendly staff and very helpful
Been banking here for around 4 years and have had no problem recently. I have experienced multiple account holds because of purchases and calls I made to the bank that they found suspicious. Even when I have the ability to supply every bit of information, they also don’t do very well at switching information when it’s switched. They had both my old number and my new number on file. I have been a customer for over 30 years. And I'm not able to get information on my account by phone. Or talk to anyone in the Shawnee Branch, they just put you on hold and leave you there.
