Banking here for close to 20 years. Never fails if you need a new card you have to order it more than once and expect almost 2 weeks to receive.

Had a business account for years. Always friendly, helpful people that value my business.
I have had issues with a lot of banks over the years for not giving the service they promise. Rarely has this been the case in any branch in which I have done business. Customer service has always been top notch. They are open most minor holidays and even have a branch open in the lobby on Saturday morning.
