Edit... Spoke with Chris from the bank and he apologized for how I was treated. Thank you for taking care of this. Horrible experience here. I needed to talk to a personal banker. The receptionist was the go between. She asked what I needed and tried to relay what I needed to the personal banker and she did not understand what I was needing and would not let me personally talk to the banker. I found them to be very accommodating and kinda rude.
