I've been banking with bancfirst for about 45 years and they always have been helpful and nice at every branch I've been to
The women in the front are always respectful, and very nice,you have some good employees working in front. Keep them happy.
Almost closing time yet the employee took the time to help me open my account. Very nice. Been over 10 days however still no bank card. Try using the chat box DURING THERE OPEN HOURS YET NOT AVAILABLE. NOT VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT ONLINE. Not 5 .
