They are always very kind. I came in to try to make my brother a savings account and even though I couldn’t do it they told me exactly what I needed for it and were very kind the whole time! I love this bank they are awesome. I think the lady I had was named Jessica but I can’t quite remember. Thank you for all your help.
They are racists, The lady who helped me, looks my Mexican ID, took the check I was going to cash, walked away for a bit and took 10 minutes. I just came back and said she was sorry that she couldn't cash my check. This is the first time this has happened to me at a location of this bank. I have an account here and have also used several of your services. How terrible and how regrettable.
