Went to their drive through atm. Their machine shut down mid transaction keeping my card. Called they said they could get it out. The lady came and told me because I don't bank with them even having a matching ID they would not give me my card back and proceeded to say this is why you don't bank online because you young people don't have help from your bank if it's online but you can open an account with us!
Recently went in to open an account and I worked with Michelle. She was absolutely amazing and made me feel welcomed and very pleasant to work with.
