they will lie and say whatever it takes to keep you in their system. the overdraft system changes day by day and you have ABSOLUTELY no way of knowing what it actually is unless you call. they have the worst customer service I've ever seen. rot in hell
very angry. you need to allow more than one time to get on your bank account instead of blocking you out all I have is Wi-Fi calling and I can't get into my account pissed super pissed
I went into a branch there today and the teller did his job, but another employee asked what's going on here? and he replied Corona virus, me and my granddaughter were standing there the only people in the lobby and wearing surgical mask due to my auto immune disease and I've decided that I'm not tolerating that behavior from anyone, when I'm back at my own branch in the coming weeks I am closing my account.
RecommendedEveryone is always smiling, and within two or three visits a number of the staff knew my name! Super friendly and they really make the transactions pleasant and quick. We had some trouble getting our bank cards mailed out to us, but this branch very quickly resolved the issue once we contacted them.
They charged 6 month service fee on a kids saving account.
