Your not allowed to talk to the claims which is ridiculous. That’s what happened to me, I’m now a has been customer of 13+ years and they treated me like trash. The customer service lady I talked to even said well you should be more cautious, without any information of the subject. This bank is not a good choice

I have had an account at banc first for quite a long time opened it when I lived near Del city they did a great job but this branch here on SW 134th and May very lazy and rude employee Stephanie B. told her I was going to call main office she claimed she was only one doing her job out of all the banks, well just ran off this customer I will be closing my account would not give any stars but it will not let me give 0 stars all she needed to do was deposit my checks into my account but refused to do so, do not recommend this... read more
