Everytime we go in, the ladies act like it’s offensive to them for me to have money in my account. They ask questions about where my money comes from and why I have that much. Even my employees that I send to this location to cash their checks from my business account get questioned. If they have access to my account details then they should be able to see all that info even though it’s really none of their business on how my company works and how much I am paid. Absolutely The BEST Bank I Have Ever Used. They listen and actually TRY to help you with anything bank related that is needed. I 100% recommend switching to this bank for everything they can offer
Avoid this location if you can. Teller number 63 deposited my $1,500 check that was supposed to be for rent/electric/bills incorrectly, and not into my account. I have never had this issue at any other location and didn’t realize this happened until I got home later and my rent got declined. I was in the drive thru at 4:45pm, and then drove home.
