When you sit in line for over 30 mins while they play with their system. I don't understand why this is the only location in Oklahoma City that always takes forever to cash a simple check.
There’s so many problems I’ve been having with BancFirst i lost count and I’ve only been a customer for 6 days I’ve had ace flare metabank for almost 7 years and only had maybe 5-6 problems but with BancFirst I’ve have at min 10 plus issues
Having trouble getting my new debit card. I had a fraud, so they cancelled my old card. Ordered new one 6 days ago. The new card was promised to be at this bank address, Monday. Not there Monday. Promised again for Wednesday. Not there. Now they are telling me it was shredded. So they ordered it again. Now they are saying to go to the main bank, the Tower in OKC. Why is it so hard to get a new Debit Card? I am getting the run around! Thinking about changing banks! This is very poor customer service! Beware of this problem!
