Buen banco el mejor
Bought a motorcycle in Luther. This bank handed all the loan paperwork for the original owner. Did our title notary as well. I must say they were all great and helpful. Very nice people.
I like my bank, but not this branch! They lied to me on moms account at her passing closure. Kept all the funds and never sold her car they kept. It's been 6 months almost. I applied for a mortgage loan and they came back with an ARM loan at a terrible rate. When it was a slam dunk. I had 50,000 in cash for a 120,000 loan for a family home. Geez guys what are you actually doing down there? I can't say helping 30+year customers much...
Small town customer service is dead and gone now that the corporate overlords have taken over. Avoid this place, go join a credit union instead. You'll thank me later.
