Usually liked this bank but I referred someone to their mortgage department and the lady was very rude and made fun of them. This was a first time home buyer and they didn't know much or what was available for financial assistance that's why you are supposed to advise to get prequalified. Can't believe the things that came out of this woman's mouth!!! Customer service is out the window for sure!! So sad and embarrassing to me now because I referred them and to be treated so poorly and made fun of is ridiculously unprofession... read more

Do not bank here. They have absolutely no customer service and will withhold information from you for no reason. They like to be petty and not help me with an account my deceased father has there that I’m trying to close out!
