Banc First needs to get rid of their Maintenance fee monthly… One of the only banks that always picks up their phone during and after hours and is able to help without some bs from big banks. Only reason I bank here is because of their customer service
Im not happy with the way this banking institution handled $0.00 charge to an account they hold. Canceled Debt card with no notice. Left my elderly mother high and dry confused with no concern at all. Not a phone call nor a text, email nope not one of those either. I guess bancfirst means first before their customers.
