Unfortunately I am really frustrated with this bank. I have not had my account long at all and I’ve had issues. My card was blocked for fraud , I have tried setting up the online banking numerous times and it doesn’t work . When I call the Bank for account information since I can’t see it online . Its busy . No answer or I get a message saying the number is no longer in service and this has happened on multiple occasions. Im just frustrated. i’ve had an account for less than a month and nothing but stress from this bank. first my card wasn’t even set up correctly so i wasn’t able to use it when i needed gas. now it keeps fraud blocking every single purchase i attempt to make and i can’t even pay my utility bill. wouldn’t recommend this bank to anyone, frankly.
Wish I could give 0 stars. Avoid doing business with this bank at all cost!
