My firm uses this notary service for transactions throughout the US. They have a vast network of notaries. Compared to other agencies that I've worked with in the past, the level of customer service and professionalism provided by the Bancserv employees and the notaries they use are unmatched in this industry.

I had moved to Montana and was closing on our home in Ohio. The title company in Ohio asked me to choose a convenient time for a mobile notary to come to my home and sign the documents. The morning of the scheduled appointment, I got a call from Bancserv claiming they could not provide the service because I was "too rural and remote." I live in a town of 10,000, 22 miles from a large Montana city (Bozeman) with a major university. India Dugat is an incompetent notary. If I could give Bancserv zero stars, I would. I had a file that needed to close today or buyers have to pay a huge rate lock extension. I worked my butt off on it and but the notary confirmed receipt of our docs but didn’t even print the loan documents and showed up to the appointment without the documents. Bancserv is an awesome to company to work with. The schedulers have always been great and friendly. They are quick to response to messages and emails. They have always stood for following the law and making sure the transaction was completed properly.
