The bank account for the community non-profit organization I work with was hacked and several fraudulent withdrawals were attempted. After my unfortunate experience at the Glendale office, I decided to take a chance at the pasadena office the next day on cashing my check because I couldn't at the Glendale office. When I arrived I was welcomed with smiles and great vibe. Rosette was very accommodating and was able to reopen my account and cash my check with no issues. I was really in a tight situation and explained this to Rosette that if I couldn't get my cash that day it would cause issues with my landlord.
