I went to the bank of California office in Pasadena for the first time today. I needed help with a safety deposit box. Stella Mekhjian, the new accounts lady helped me reach out to the Whittier office where the safety deposit box is. I had to add my name to the existing safe deposit signature card She did an excellent job in helping me connect with Whittier branch. I was impressed with how she handled everything. She was gracious and handled it so professionally. It was a very positive first experience.
The Pasadena branch of Banc of California, headed by Rosette, consistently provides friendly and efficient service.
Have both personal and business accounts at the Pasadena branch. Everyone has always been so helpful. Especially since I lost my home in Altadena. They have all gone above and beyond to help me. Big shout out to Rosette who always asks how I’m doing and always follows through when I need help.
Hands down the the best SERVICE you will ever find. Banc Of California goes above and beyond for each and every single client they tend to.
