The Banc of California Tustin branch is wonderful! They truly take great care of us, and it’s always a pleasure to walk in and see familiar faces. Eli, Yvette, Kandy, Kevin, and Spencer consistently go above and beyond to support us with whatever we need. Recently, when our church was broken into and we had to create all new accounts, what could have been a stressful and painful process was made so much easier because they were there for us every step of the way.
Great customer service at the Tustin Branch. Yvette, Kevin, Candy and Eli are always ready to help with your banking transactions.
From Quaker City to Banco Popular with at least Walmart locations, then Banc of California with limited spots and rude service. LETS BE BLUNT🤔. F-THIS, TAKING MY ACCOUNT ELSE WHERE. The employee copped attitudes with the wrong customer. So I had to smack the wannabe security guard for not minding their business. Mind your business next time. Don't start nothing, there won't be nothing.
....staff isn't the same as my main bank not coming back.
