Tough review to write, very disappointing. The staff here is friendly and they take the time to remember your name; however that’s the only good part about working with this company. When it comes to actual banking they are a terrible company to work with. Bank in only open from 9-4pm! AND closed Saturdays. Banks are supposed to be open 9-5pm or even 6pm for people who work. I have been using Banc of California La Habra branch for my business banking for over 10 years . Their hours changed when they became a business bank but the online banking is what is most important and that has been great . Customer service has been great also . Laura Araluce the current branch manager has been very helpful in handling any issues we have had and is easy to get ahold of . I highly recommend this bank.
The services are ok but the hours are inconvenient, I wish they would at least remain Open until 5pm or 6pm

Learned this recently, Banc of California does not operate or is as easy to deal with (customer services, and on-line banking) as other major banks. My family has been using this particular branch for many years, all the way back to Banco Popular days. You get to know managers over the years, and if you have any issues, a good manager will handle it with "white gloves". They want to and make you feel very important. Then your home branch gets new managers and everything ... read more
