Horrible experience with customer service, my debit card does not work as does my credit card on line. Customer service blamed the website. When I used another card it worked fine..HMMM?? Guess I just wont use BMO any longer. Service rep on phone would not even assist me further with a supervisor or look further into my account, just kept blaming the website. Poor experience.

This location in Brea has been pretty reliable and friendly with the associates here always being helpful and nice whenever I come in but Betty has really been great in helping me with any banking issues I've had in the past.
