This location in Brea has been pretty reliable and friendly with the associates here always being helpful and nice whenever I come in but Betty has really been great in helping me with any banking issues I've had in the past. She has been working at many other Banc of California locations in the past but I am happy she is at this Brea branch now. Nancy and her team are amazing. This is the best bank that I have ever banked with. The staff is very friendly and professional. They know their clients and treat them as though it’s a small community bank even though they are a large bank. I recommend Banc of California to anyone.
