I was trying to cash a check, but after 20 minutes of waiting for approval I left. Banc of California is by far the WORST Bank I have ever been to. There are 2 women sitting at a table 20 yards from the front door, nobody else is working in the Bank, there are other desks but they are empty. Do not waste your time with this shell of a bank.
