Stephen Mellos, has been absolutely amazing being there every step of the way helping me with opening my account and connecting me with the right people. He takes time away from his busy schedule to answer emails and phone calls. I would highly recommend this institution for your banking needs.
In all my years of dealing with banks both personally and professionally I have never had a branch VP and Banker go as far as Stephen Mellos and Jesus Tlaseca did for my organization. With as many hurdles as we had to go through I personally was ready to give up but these two kept me on track and even followed up with me even it was just a check in with no update. This bank is definitely worth the extra drive for our organization. Thank you!
At first glance it looks like your typical bank but upon closer inspection you realize that it is not. It's really a banc. The facility is good the staff is friendly. Overall it's an OK bank. I mean it's an OC banc.
I love going in to cash a check or take some money out, everyone at this branch is so thoughtful and professional. It makes going to the bank a fun experience every time!
Looking forward to doing business with them. Very friendly staff and well oriented to the clients needs.
