Had a few appointments at both the Banbridge and Dromore branches with Mark Branagan for some pain in my lower back. This was my 1st time attending a physio and I found the experience, overall, to be very good. Mark put me at ease, thoroughly explained everything to me at all times, gave me plenty of opportunities to ask any questions I may have and provided me with some simple exercises that are easy to build into my daily routine. Highly recommend!
Great sessions that allowed me get over some back pain that had become unmanageable by myself. Very friendly and helpful staff.
I was in before Christmas with Alastair for my knee. Alistair gave great advice and tips to help mobility of the knee to start building the strength and muscle back during the 10 week process to help me get back onto the pitch asap. I was with them for 6 weeks and everyweek more progress was being made. Since being with them I have gotten back onto the pitch and haven't had any issues with the knee. I can't recommend these guys enough. I came in with very limited shoulder movement, I couldn't even reach back to tuck my shirt in. Now, a couple of months later with exercises and manipulation I can put my hand up my back just as far on one side as I can on the other. Thank you. 😊
Mark and the team were very professional, friendly and v knowledgeable. Thinking I was going to need surgery before I arrived, he had diagnosed the issue with my knee very quickly and it felt better even after first session. He provided an exercise plan thereafter and I had just a few more needed sessions. I would highly recommend.
