Great place, customer services are very good, A gentleman by the name of Enrique was very knowledgeable and very help as well as friendly, my family and I will shop there more and diffinantly tell all my friends to shop at Banana Republic and for sure ask for Enrique.
have been shopping at this location for over 15 years and always enjoyed my visits. Unfortunately, my experience last week was very disappointing. A new associate her name Sommer was extremely pushy—bringing me items I didn’t ask for, that weren’t my style, and repeatedly checking in to the point of making me uncomfortable. I understand the need to make sales, but this approach felt overwhelming and discouraging. Sadly, it has made me reconsider returning to this location.
Wow, I never had the experience of returning something I purchased because I didn’t love its look. I bought it at another BR store but ended up returning it here. The person was extremely rude - “he said it’s not fair to them that they have to process return” I am sorry who says that to a customer? Anyway, I will never return to the location. Sorry, BR, you need to train your employees in customer service if you are struggling financially. It has left a bad taste in my mouth.
Very clean place and very organized . All the employees was very, very helpful , And very, very nice !
