have been shopping at this location for over 15 years and always enjoyed my visits. Unfortunately, my experience last week was very disappointing. A new associate her name Sommer was extremely pushy—bringing me items I didn’t ask for, that weren’t my style, and repeatedly checking in to the point of making me uncomfortable. I understand the need to make sales, but this approach felt overwhelming and discouraging. Sadly, it has made me reconsider returning to this location.
Wow, I never had the experience of returning something I purchased because I didn’t love its look. I bought it at another BR store but ended up returning it here. The person was extremely rude - “he said it’s not fair to them that they have to process return” I am sorry who says that to a customer? Anyway, I will never return to the location. Sorry, BR, you need to train your employees in customer service if you are struggling financially. It has left a bad taste in my mouth.
Very clean place and very organized . All the employees was very, very helpful , And very, very nice !
A great Banana Republic location. Very large store with a nice and attentive staff. Located in the heart of Highland Village you can walk right from shopping to your dinner destination of choice.
