I love and adore everyone that works here. However Tyler in particular is amazing, he is the sweetest person I've met and always has a smile.
I had an absolutely wonderful shopping experience at this store on 12/10/2025. Dustin and several other members of the team went above and beyond to help me find the right jean cut and fit, I was offered a sparkling water, and overall had a comfortable and positive experience. I highly recommend taking some time to shop in-store instead of online to find what you need and work with people who are there to help.
I’d like to share my appreciation for Tyler R at the 4711 River City Dr, Suite 131 location. He went above and beyond to help me find the last remaining 100% cashmere blazer I had seen two days earlier and returned to purchase today. At first, the system showed it as sold, and I assumed it was gone. But Tyler noticed how much I had liked it and took the initiative—without me asking—to check further.
