the customer service sucks! they charged me twice and when I called to the customer service they did not want to fix the problem!!!
Everytime I visit this store I enjoy the warm friendliness of Sales associate, Dita. She has such an eye for style. I often purchase the very accessories she wears. As a result I have jewelry that I receive compliments on. She is a consummate professional. Always smiling and very gracious. A great place to shop and their customer service is exceptional!
Customer service was above and beyond. We received excellent help making selections and having some jeans altered to fit. Will return.
Quality and style of clothes are not like they used to be. Very depressing looking store. The employees are not very friendly and the store is not well kept.
I had a wonderful experience at the Banana Republic store recently, all thanks to an exceptional employee named Seth. I came in right around closing time hoping to return a product and possibly shop for something new. Even though the store was about to close, Seth went out of her way to help me with both the return and my shopping.
