The older blonde woman there yesterday was very rude. She did not greet me when I came in and had an overall attitude. She kept taking under her breath every time I walked by. It was odd and uncomfortable. Never shopping at this location again.
We have been long time shoppers of Banana Republic and used to love the quality of the clothes, but they have gone downhill. My husband purchased a sweater from BR and it started pilling after the first time he wore it (within two weeks of purchasing). He brought it to BR’s attention as it was clearly low quality.
