I just came in from Brooklyn on a way to a meeting and made a detour to exchange a gift at your Flatiron location… only to find out it was closed for a private event even though your website advertises an 8 PM closing time! Are you kidding me?! A private event in the middle of the business day?! Hold your private event after 8 PM. I am furious! I will eventually exchange this gift and it very well may be the last time you see me in a Banana Republic store! 🤬
