I am not to talk bad about a location but I do have to voice my opinion. This is the second time to this location. I purchased some items online that didn’t fit and my companion didn’t like on me. First time back made an exchange on a pants and it was ok. It was a weekday and not really busy. A few weeks pass and I go back to return a shirt and again really slow and there is a women folding a shirt just looking at me at the counter. 0/10 will not be going back to this location or any Banana Republic. Staff didn’t greet me and proceeded to follow me everywhere I went around the store but wouldn’t tell me about the sale they had going on. A man entered after me and was immediately greeted and asked if he needed help with anything. Later they unlocked a changing room for me. Casual browsing.… was followed and asked if I needed help 7 times, and I was there for less than 5 minutes. Very uncomfortable.
