Carmela is absolutely incredible! I came into the store with a mix of returns / exchanges (it was a mess on my part) but she was so amazing. Patient, understanding, helpful, friendly, it just keeps going! This BR is super lucky to have her and her team there. I usually shop online but if she and BR were closer to the city I’d definitely change to an in-store shopper! I can’t thank Carmela enough! 100/10 experience!
The atmosphere was positive and cheerful.
Nice store with an amazing collection. Their current cashmere sweaters and dresses are on point for Fall and winter. In addition, their staff is lovely. Very calm and welcoming. Highly recommend this location for new style products and good service.
