Banana Republic in Mishawaka is a poor representative of the company. Shopped at several, this is by far the worst service. Took a pair of pants into exchange (Purchased in Jan) due to quality and they blamed the dry cleaners for the quality issues. Talk about not holding yourself accountable. I left them with the pants and I paid for them too. Very disappointed in Banana Republic Mishawaka. Let's see they have my money, they have the pants, I have nothing... Seems wrong.
