Aubrey made the visit so enjoyable! The store has a nice selection but honestly the customer service we had with Aubrey was amazing! He gave us great recommendations and talking with him felt like catching up with an old friend. If you go in, make sure to ask for him!
I have been a dedicated Banana Republic customer for over 20 years and was thrilled to discover a store near my accommodations in New Orleans. The location is upscale, neighboring high-end retailers like J.Crew and Saks. Upon entering, we proceeded to the men's department upstairs. Sonya, the sales associate, was engaged in a phone call with HR and failed to acknowledge our presence.
