Amazing customer service. I called looking for a specific skirt and Lance W. was the friendliest, most helpful store associate I've ever talked with. His store didn't have the skirt, but instead of just letting me go, he gave me a suggestion of another location where he can usually get hard to find items and in case that didn't work, gave me the number to Banana's online sales number to see what they can do.
