Awful. They do not have any Petites. At one time they carried petites, and the store was very busy. It has slowed down a lot because they have nothing in Petite sizing. When I browse their website, I see so many pieces I want to try on in store and I can't because they don't have Petites in the store closes to me. It is a major inconvenience to have to order it online and then return it in store because it doesn't fit.
