I bought a shirt at full price at this store. One week later, I went back to shop and saw that the shirt was 30% off. I asked the store manager if I could get a price adjustment since I had the receipt. The store manager told me to bring the shirt and the receipt to be able to adjust the price. Abby went above and beyond for me and is a great stylist. This store has a nice selection with people there willing to assist.
Had the worst experience at this store today while the cashier totally racially profiled me -.- I asked her to check if some items were in stock in a different size I’d purchased them in and she proceeded to make a return which is not what I was asking to begin with … she then had the audacity to insinuate an item in my bag was not in the receipt which it clearly was… I had to point it out to her… like what’s the need to be so nasty and mean to customers , I’ve never had such a terrible experience as the one I had today at t... read more
