I have placed four orders with Banana Banner over the past year, and they have done a fantastic job every time. The staff are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and quick to respond. I have been very happy with every order, both in terms of the quality of the finished products and the fast turnaround time. Kenny has always been tremendously helpful with placing orders, and Alexis has been friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming at the front desk. I will definitely continue ordering from them!
Weeks would go by without any correspondence. I was working with "Steve" but the lack of response and what seems to be complete abandonment of my project has lost my business. What a shame.
