So was in a car accident on the way to get massage and the place still wanted to charge me with not even trying to cancel just get a reschedule! Absolutely ridiculous. No consideration for the customer what so ever!!
Have been coming here monthly for about a year and absolutely love everything about the spa. The environment is so calming. Renee and the front desk staff are always so helpful and kind. My favorite massages are with Alexis!! She is so good at what she does and I always leave feeling so healed and relaxed! Her energy is amazing and she’s got magic hands!! I’ve also tried Maya, Matt and a few others and everyone is great with their own area/style of massage. Pricing is great and I love this establishment :)
Ok, y’all! It’s time to step up your game! I have been getting massages at Basalt for about 7 months. Alexis is my masseuse. She gives the absolute BEST massages of any I’ve had, and I’ve had my share. But today, I decided to try the Tai table stretch! UNBELIEVABLE! This is my first time coming to this location. Friendly and welcoming staff as soon as I walked in. Check-in was quick. I got a deep tissue massage with Kiya, she did absolutely amazing to focus on my area that needed a lot of attention. Kiya was amazing. I will definitely be returning with her.
