Kiya naturally knows what she's doing! I moved here in 2023 and tried four different massage therapists, but no one got it right. I’ve been going to Bambu for years and love it! The moment you walk in the tone is set, you can relax. The spa is clean and the staff is welcoming. Ty’Ara is my therapist and she’s 10/10! She always asks what’s an area of concern and works to address it. I leave feeling relaxed, knots gone. The facials are amazing too! You will leave relaxed with a glowing face. I highly recommend Bambu to anyone in the Charlotte area looking for pampering!

I am new to the area. I tend to get monthly deep tissue massages due to a tendency to get lots of knots in my shoulders. I booked an appointment late afternoon on a Sunday. The massage therapist I have had seemed to have an attitude soon as I met her. She yelled at me because I had filled out the intake form incorrectly. I’ve had several spa treatments and experiences and I will say this place stood out to me! It began when I was kindly greeted at the front desk. I had Kaleigh as my esthetician and she was so kind and gentle. It was one of the best facials I’ve had. I will absolutely be back!
