I made a reservation over the phone two weeks in advance and also recieved a text the day before appointment to confirm and showed at appointment time and shop was closed. Called the number several times and no answer. I left several messages and recieved no call back even to explain the circumstances. I waited to write this review thinking I would get a call explaining what happened but have recieved nothing. Very disappointed and poor customer service. Not a way to run a successful business.
I got a massage from Jessica. It was the worst massage I’ve had, she literally rubbed oil on me for 60min with absolutely no pressure whatsoever, I asked her for some pressure and she continued to do the same thing. I called the manager to make her aware and she responded with “oh well” and hung up. Absolutely terrible customer service. Would not recommend.
Super cute place and great massage by Jessica! Would recommend to friends and family !! Also a bonus -their beds have a huge heating pad to keep you warm and relaxed !
