However, please be advised that if you are utilizing a gift card, such as the $100 gift card in my instance, the receptionist may attempt to upsell services. I was informed that the $100 gift card would not cover a Thai massage, as I had requested, resulting in an additional charge of $45 for a service that I believe should have been included, plus tip.
