I've had a lot of massages over the years but I've never been walked on so this was a first and it was one of the best massages I've ever had. The pressure was great and I felt so refreshed and relaxed afterwards.

Giving one star because I did not get the service I requested. Asked for medium pressure and during the course of the massage continually got a deep tissue, which left me bruised in some areas and so incredibly hurt afterwards, it is 5 days later and I am still tender. There was zero communication between me and the therapist even tho I had asked her not to go hard. I received a gift card for a spa treatment for my birthday. Initially, I was told I could split the hour and a half however I wanted. When I asked about adding an extra half hour to have one hour of massage and one hour of facial, I was quoted an additional $60. I declined, and then they offered a discounted price of $40. I was gifted a one hour massage for this place. I got there right before my appointment it was very easy, super relaxing! I was in room number one, I didn’t get the ladies name but whoever she was, she did an excellent job! She made sure that she wasn’t going too hard and if she was she would ask me if I was OK. I got the hot stones which felt amazing I’ve never had that before. She stretched my whole body which helped me immensely. She gave me a massage head to toe and I’ve never felt so relaxed in my life. The massage itself was excellent — genuinely very good. The therapist was clearly skilled and did a great job. During the treatment, however, another staff member entered the room several times and spoke briefly with the therapist each time. This was a little distracting and didn’t feel particularly professional. I had booked a 60-minute massage.
