I purchased a set of the amazing Bamboo sheets, I had to do an exchange because I changed my mind on the Color. The customer service was beyond exceptional. The sheets are so comfortable we won’t be able to ever go back to regular sheets again. I would highly recommend Bamboo Sheets Shop!
3 days after taking my money and they can't even send me an order confirmation. When I request one in the chat they made up some lie that Shopify froze my order for a 'level 3 fraud' (as if I'm supposed to know what that means) and then ignored my messages and then logged off for '3 days' according to the messaging on their chat system, which is funny when they don't actually close for an hour, and are supposed to be open tomorrow (Saturday) and Monday according to their websites opening hours. I did a lot of research before purchasing these sheets. I learned that these sheets were not only very soft but also very good at controlling body temperature, as I sleep hot, my partner cool. We purchased the 320 bamboo sheets, as we wanted something light and airy on us. These sheets are truly amazing, not only were they extremely soft but they made a huge difference in making me feel cooler and very comfortable.
