I wish I could leave 0 stars!! Terrible customer service! I walked up saying “hello” and I got “who are you?”. Then she proceeded to say she thought I was with the FBI…. What in the world!?!
If I could give 0 stars I would. The owner gets off on being rude, mean and nasty. A miserable soul. Don’t bother stopping, keep driving. Life is too short.
Poor customer service. Very rude over the phone. I was willing to pay their overpriced service but the rude way I was spoken to was definitely a turn off. I’m not the one to leave a negative review because I know how much that can affect a business. I just hope they learn their lesson and treat people with kindness and respect in the future.
