Hands down the worst business model I have ever seen. Was in the market for some new blinds as well as some other essentials (matting, bamboo trim, etc) and walked by the shop today. It seemed that the place was closed so I called the number listed to find out if they had a store and their hours only to be told that they do pickup only.
