I've been seeing Christina regularly for years now! I am so grateful for her care, how she holds space, and how she has learned about my body's needs over time to make small adjustments to each treatment. Christina's myofascial work is gentle but powerful, and it's clear that it is deeply informed by her lifelong study of the body. I have a connective tissue disorder, and bodywork is helpful for pain management and nervous system support.
Christina is excellent/amazing! She is very educated, understanding, and willing to listen & help. I was in a car accident where I was rear ended at a high speed over 2 years ago and have neck/ shoulder pain that has never seemed to go away completely.
