Lowballing customers
Really nicely organized. Lots of different books, cards, supplies for mini painting, etc.
I'd give this place a pass. The cards itself was completely average--nothing terrible, but definitely nothing special either. The real issue is the staff. From the second I walked in, the energy was incredibly off. The staff was outright abrasive and made the entire experience uncomfortable. It felt like I was inconveniencing them just by being there, and the bad attitude throughout the visit ruined what should have been a routine visit.
