I've been pickup loads here for the last 8 years. I know how the place works and I know what these rude people are like. They are often racist and xenophobic. Today I had a little confusion and went to the wrong window. When I came back, an old man started telling me that my English wasn't good and practically threw my papers at me. The place is super bad. To pick up your reels, you have to go through a long and stupid loading process. You just need the damn number the broker gives you and then pick them up. No going from window to window and sitting around until they tell you you can enter. The old guy here is rude and stupid. The other employees are kind and very friendly.

This is a secure facility. It's required to have a TWIC card (Transportation Workers Identification Card) to enter the facility, plus you will be escorted to your proper destination.
