I cannot recommend Jane’s reformer classes enough! She is so knowledgeable and has an incredible eye for making alignment recommendations. She has helped me with a hip injury and I’ve made tremendous progress toward healing with her support. 10/10 and worth every penny!
Megan at Ludica was thorough in understanding my concerns, and targeted my problem areas and their root causes. After the session, she gave me helpful insights and exercises to help prevent future tension. I really appreciated the extra care. I will book with her again and highly recommend!
Dr. Coulthard was wonderful. It was my first time with a chiropractor so I was quite nervous, but she spent a lot of time before anything hands on talking to me and explaining. Made me feel very comfortable. Helped make progress with a problem I've been dealing with for quite some time. I will definitely be back :)
