Dr. Coulthard was wonderful. It was my first time with a chiropractor so I was quite nervous, but she spent a lot of time before anything hands on talking to me and explaining. Made me feel very comfortable. Helped make progress with a problem I've been dealing with for quite some time. I will definitely be back :)

I have been doing Pilates with Ludica since the beginning and I absolutely love this. All the teachers are knowledgeable and skilled to support me in my Pilates progression :) would recommend to anyone! :)
