The owner, Marcin Dominik, called to book a load with me. He accused me of being an AI bot multiple times over the course of the phone call. At first it was funny, then it got insulting. When I didn't immediately book him on a bid opportunity, he starting asking me math questions to prove I was real.
Rude and non professional disrespectful !!!!! Im not gonna use them never !!!!
Very good cooperation, I recommend this company.
After 3 years, I have fond memories of Mr. Marcin's company, he takes care of the equipment and people. There were a few misunderstandings, but this cannot ruin the fruitful cooperation of over a year. Have a happy and prosperous 2024!
