When I first entered the office, the staff was very pleasant. They each greeted me with a smile which made me very comfortable. Katie put me at ease with our conversation, it was like talking to an old friend. My lawyer listened to me and was very helpful and even down to the intern(I believed his name was Dennis)was unbelievable pleasant.
