I hate to call the again but I haven't much choice. The last time I needed them because of a black mold issue, the lady that was sent out wouldn't get out of her car to look at the problem. She road by & saw someone working ( in the wrong apartment) & drove away. The we complain about it to her & she calls the Landlord this time & he tells her everything is done. The phone voice mail system is not working. I have been trying to get through for over a week. The inspectors are professional and easy to work with. My complaint is about the "no answer phone system!" Feeling fustrated that I have no way to contact and update the Inspector.
