I’ve called and been hung up on before and now when someone actually answers they’ve left me on hold. I don’t get the impression that they care about the children at all. After holding for 6 minutes, they put me into voicemail! We’ll see if someone takes the time to call me back i.e. care about the children instead of just passing them through the grades. I’m beginning to realize that Baltimore County Public schools is nothing but the pipeline to prison program.
