The representative named Todd at the Towson location was extremely rude and disrespectful and called me out of my name when i stood up for myself. Spoke to the person in charge who apologized on his behalf (Ed) however i still did not appreciate the disrespect especially when i have been a patron of this bank for nearly a decade. And i wanted an apology from the person who ACTUALLY disrespected me instead of someone coddling him and making excuses.

Great service over the years and it keeps getting better. Staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
