Waited 30 minutes to be seen by LMSW Brenden Stinson via telehealth. This therapists NEVER joined the session. I called twice, no answer. I was communicating via text with Gres regarding the appointment and having to wait. After waiting 25 minutes I was told they couldn't make contact the therapists. I was then offered to connect with a different Therapist, to which I obviously declined. This was a horrible experience for a perspective client. Will not be returning or referring this practice to anyone.

Hands down the best people to work with. They are easy to communicate with, able to answer your questions. My favorite part about them is the reminder. You know life happens. They are able to send you a reminder about your session. My therapist Folasade, she’s the best. I love how she can relate to me. She doesn’t sugar code anything. She’s very easy to talk to, understanding and wants the best for you. Overall she’s the best and I recommend her to anyone.
Baltimore Counseling Center is an amazing place. The people does an awesome job with scheduling appointments and meeting your needs. Counselors are very friendly and wonderful and go above and beyond to meet your needs and times that are very convenient for you. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Outstanding services and care.
