From beginning to end, the customer service here is unmatched. I was able to connect with a therapist within a day. Everyone is so nice and communicate very well. They reach out with enough notice if an appointment needs rescheduling and the reminders, AMAZING. I see Lauren Gabriel and I can’t say enough amazing things about her. I’ve never given a therapist more than 3 or 4 sessions before ending that “relationship”. I cannot recommend Baltimore counseling center enough. The office staff is amazing, responsive, supportive, and very diligent. I’ve been seeing my therapist at this practice for over a year, and he has helped me tremendously in every aspect. As someone who has gone through the WRINGER with previous therapists, I am so thankful to be at this practice where I am truly seen, cared for, and helped. A truly great team.
I highly recommend the Baltimore Counseling Center. The team members there are incredibly polite and helpful. If you need counseling, I highly suggest checking them out.
I really can't say enough positive things about the staff here ....they are so attentive. In addition to the services needed they have helped me with issues at the pharmacy as well as insurance obstacles. Couldn't have gotten through without them
Waited 30 minutes to be seen by LMSW Brenden Stinson via telehealth. This therapists NEVER joined the session. I called twice, no answer. I was communicating via text with Gres regarding the appointment and having to wait. After waiting 25 minutes I was told they couldn't make contact the therapists. I was then offered to connect with a different Therapist, to which I obviously declined. This was a horrible experience for a perspective client. Will not be returning or referring this practice to anyone.
