I had an unfortunate experience with the customer service at this facility. I found the behavior of the front desk representatives to be unprofessional and lacking in courtesy. As a patient, I believe everyone deserves to be treated with respect and kindness, and I hope the management takes steps to improve their staff's approach to customer service. I sincerely wish no one else has to go through a similar experience. I would recommend considering other options until these issues are addressed.
